Used the existing design made by jnofziger85 for the small bit at the top of the door flange/flipper because the plastic housing for the flange broke and I could not just screw a replacement guide in. I just made a cap to extend down over the flange housing and bonded it using E6000 adhesive . Forgive me for the poorly modeled file, there are definitely some gaps where for the guide as I had to make some changes to the original design and butchered it. I am still learning how to use blender effectively. I printed in PLA using tree support with the guide on top, however you could probably print it with the guide on the bed and use less support. Also printed at 100% infill to give it a bit more strength, and it only added 2g to the print weight, so cant hurt.
