I bought a Samsung Frame and my conduit went to a keystone plate with HDMI connections for my old TV. Unfortunately the frame comes with a proprietary wire which doesn't have a keystone connector. I had to cut out one of the separators between the holes in the plate to get the connector through and remixed this blank to make it long enough to cover the hole leaving a small slot for the wire to make it look finished. I also used the original thing file to fill the other empty standard hole below it.
