Samsung Dryer: Tension pulley

I created this part to rectify a design defect in the Samsung/Whirlpool dryer. It is a replacement pulley for the tensioner. The original design is woefully inadequate for long-term use. My design replaces the bushing pulley with a bearing pulley. Required: * Two 6201 2RSC3 bearings costing approximately $12 CAD * Some machining to reduce the shaft diameter to 12mm I could have used a 15 mm bearing, but I deliberately chose not to create 1 mm bushings.
