The original designer, MisterThief, shouldered the heavy lifting, allowing me to focus on making key modifications that eliminated the need for support material. I made two crucial changes: 1. I split the STL file to eliminate overhang. 2. I significantly reduced the overhang for the micro SD card holder. These changes enabled me to create two separate files, facilitating the use of different color filaments and giving it a unique appearance that makes it stand out. As someone who frequently travels, I require a device like this to keep my belongings organized and protected from damage. Moreover, its distinctive look ensures that I won't leave it behind. To assemble the 2 parts, you will need epoxy. Begin by placing the Bottom Part face down. Apply glue to the connecting edge of the Top Part, followed by the activator portion of the epoxy on the mating edges. As you lower the Top Part onto the Bottom Part, focus directly down and listen for the indexing pins to click into place. Hold firmly for 5 seconds. The Samsung charger fits snugly due to friction, so it is essential that the Top and Bottom parts align accurately. If any excess glue seeps out during assembly, use a knife to trim it away. Good luck with your project! I've successfully created several of these devices, and they all turned out great.
