Samsung Charger Cable Wrap

This is designed to fit a Samsung wall charger along with a cable wrapped around it. It's based on the USA/North American "Fast Charger" version of the charger, but it might work with others. I've updated the model to version 2 - well, sort of. I ended up making a ton of other designs, but ultimately decided I wanted one that looked close to the original and actually functioned. There are some other issues I have which I'll be revising. One of the biggest grievances with this model is the print time. At .25mm layer height, Cura says this will take about 5 hours to print at 40mm/sec. Other versions I made were roughly the same and didn't look as good. I haven't printed this version yet, but I think it will be more functional than the first version. I'm going to print it when I get the chance. If anyone else wants to spend over 5 hours to print this to test its function and offer suggestions, that'd be pretty nice. I highly urge people to use the dimensions/template I included to make their own designs. Note that the dimensions in the references are slightly larger (by roughly .05mm) to compensate for tolerances. Keep this in mind when you're designing your own whatever from this. Some things like the chamfers and fillets are mostly guessed based on the overall dimensions and look. Don't count on those being 100 percent accurate. I'm posting my version because I've never seen it posted anywhere else for free. This is still a work in progress (WIP). Included is the file, as well as the general shape of the Samsung charger for anyone to use to make their own stuff. The dimensions are not exact in order to allow some tolerance and because I'm not great at measuring. I'm also new to using Fusion 360, so there's that too.
