I make a lot of lithium-ion battery packs and needed a way to hold them together while I spot weld tabs on them and then solder on the balance leads. This fixture is set up for Samsung 21700 40T batteries that have a larger diameter (21.15mm) than the more popular 18650 cells. The top of the batteries can be spot welded/soldered and then flipped over to do the same to the bottom of the cells without removing them from the fixture. Printed in PLA No supports 20% or more infill for stiffness
