Samsung 18-55mm Lens Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
It's a top-of-the-line low-poly 3D model of Samsung's 18-55mm Lens that's utilized across various fields in 3D Graphics, including game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, visualization, and more. Modeling was created using high-quality ortho-photos of the real lens, allowing all details of its design to be meticulously recreated. One of the model's key features is its ease of use. Comprised of two mesh components, it's remarkably low-poly (conserving system resources) with two materials - one for the Lens body and another for the Glass Lens. Regardless of which renderer you choose, this model will consistently look incredibly realistic due to its high-resolution photo-textures. The well-considered topology of the low-poly model in combination with these detailed textures enables a minimal amount of polygons to produce exceptional quality, sufficient even for close-up shots. To achieve enhanced realism, additional textures like Specular, Glossiness, and Bump are incorporated into the model. For optimal Bump depth, we set Bump Multiplier to 0.1 - 0.2 in Maya Software materials or V-Ray MTL materials for Maya. The Specular and Glossiness maps showcase various reflective and dispersing capacities across different areas of the model, giving the effect of utilizing more materials. The total number of main textures is four, each with a resolution of 3000 pixels squared and in .jpg format. Original texture files are also included in .PSD format within the archive. This high-quality 3D model was created using Maya 2009. It maintains real-world scale in centimeters and includes all parts correctly grouped and named for ease of use. Additionally, an adjusted render-scene has been created using Maya 2014 with the V-Ray 2.40 plug-in renderer. This scene is compatible with earlier versions up to Maya 2012 with V-Ray 2.0 when saved in .ma format. The render-scene includes five V-Ray Rect Light + reflectors and assigns a V-Ray MTL material to the model. Preview images are set on the Timeline, showcasing conformity keys of the model's translation and rotation channels. To accommodate use within other 3D programs, scenes have been saved in formats like .fbx, .obj, .DAE, and .max (2010 version). Note that this is a Low-Poly model not intended for use with any smoothing modifiers.
