Samebike LO26 rear triangle bushings
thingiverse
When you take apart the frame for a cleaning, you may find generic replacements for pretty much every part (a new, better air shock, even the worst chinese one (DNM) will be lightyears ahead the steel spring it comes with by default), as well as the bushings of the air shock. However I could not find any replacements for the 2-2 weird pairs of screws in the rear, so I had to keep the screws, which was fine(ish). The bushings on the other hand (keywords: T-type Nylon Stepped Washer/Concave-Convex Thread Bushing Insulating Pellets), which prevent lateral movement once the screws are tight, yet allow the rotation of the triangle... These were destroyed beyond repair as soon as I managed to knock them out of their holes. Some of them survived to some extent, but one pair didn't survive the disassembly process so I had to recreate them. ~~I did this almost a year ago, so I don't remember exactly which material I ended up using, as I printed it with 2-3 different providers online to see what yields best results. I don't remember the results however, aside from the fact that the SLS (Glass-filled Nylon) option from sculpteo seemed to have a bit rough of a surface (though it's possible I ended up using this one anyway).~~ I've figured this out, please read print settings for exact materials, technology and provider used for printing. P.s. this is for the first gen, lo26, not the lo26-ii. I don't know if the bushings fit the second gen model or not. P.s.2.: Regarding the photo of the bike with the notes on where do the bushings go - I'm not entirely sure about the large and small bushings' location - these two may be the other way around. Either way, if you're disassembling the frame, 4 pieces of the large and 4 pieces of the small version will cover your needs.
