I'm very much a beginner with 3d design. I've uploaded my FreeCAD files in case someone can make them better. Here's some info about the parts Fans: Wanted something for the gears to "do". They don't move much air, but if you get a good gear ratio going you can feel some air moving. 3cm reinforced peg: My son has broken several of the pegs that go into the plates. This design is intended to to be stronger. Since there is virtually no flex in the pieces I had to scale them down to fit in the holes. So there may be a bit more wobble. Only did the 3cm peg since it can accomplish anything the other can, but if there's interest I can do it for the other sizes. Glue in Peg: This is intended to make gears for younger children. To add this to a gear hold something flat over the peg hole. A pencil worked for me. Add glue to the glue-in-peg and push it up to your stopper. I used superglue. The v5 peg is my preferred peg. Its intended to hold the gear just a tiny bit above plate so they can spin easily, but also minimize wobble. The v3 peg has the same square as the standard pegs so the heights align with standard pegs, but there is a lot of wobble.
