Sam stopped by the Big Bang Fair and was scanned using our 3D scanning rig, which comprises 96 DSLR cameras capturing a total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for every scan. We worked with our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data - their software is able to analyze each image, identifying unique points on each before plotting these points in 3D space if they appear on more than one image.
