Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and built on Unreal Engine 2. The first game in the series, it follows the activities of NSA Black Ops agent Sam Fisher as endorsed but not created by author Tom Clancy. The game sold over 3 million copies: 2.4 million in the US, 600,000 in Europe, and 5,449 in Japan, making it one of the top best-selling video games for Xbox. Ubisoft is the third-largest independent game publisher in the world, trailing Activision Blizzard and Electronic Arts (EA). Ubiquitous Entertainment S.A's worldwide presence includes 29 studios in 19 countries. I started modeling sonar goggles in a wearable size using 3D Studio Max as my base mesh. I've been utilizing this software for creating complex shapes and designs. I began modeling a human bust for Sam Fisher in ZBrush with ZSphere, using ZRemesher to preserve high details on the model. After that, I went through the mask tool to isolate parts of his suit and extracted them after masking. Then, I used edge loops to refine the shape and give it a more polished look. The final step is exporting the OBJ file from 3D Studio Max and importing it into ZBrush to merge all subtools, dynamesh, and finally use Decimation Master to decrease polygon count.
