Hi
This is a small salt shaker with a vibrating motor of an old cellphone in it. When you turn it upside down, a metal ball will connect the circuit connecting the two button cells and the spinning morot will vibrate dispence the salt.

To be honest. Its a fun gadged and everybody using the salt is irritated. But the output of the salt is not that hard controlled / increased by the vribration.

Check Print instructions to see printing and electrical inputs.

Greetings

Print instructions

Hi

at first the printing instructions:

in general make 2 outer perimeters and some infill of ca 20% to have a strong material for the screws going directly into the plastic. Layer height sould be around 0.16. I used a 0.4 mm nozzle when designing the thing. So i would recommend the same. But 0.3 will work as well.

Print "Gehäuse11111" from bottom up. No support needed. I created some support pillars. These pillars needs to be removed with a cutter.

Print " Gehäuse2222" from bottom up. No support needed.

Print "Gehäuse33333" from top up to avoid the use of support.

Assemble instructions:

Top Screw: M3 x 10 torx (head diameter: 5,4mm)
Side Screw: 3x M3 x 10 torx (head diameter: 5,4mm)
The thread is going direct into the plastic. Do not tighten the screw too much.

Electronic instructions:

Motor: vibrating motor from an old cell phone. (usually easy to disassemble) Size: Diameter: 10mm height: 3mm
Botton cells: 2x AG13/LR44 1,5 v each Diameter: 12 height: 5
I used as "wires" some thin nickle stripe as seen on the picture.
The metal ball connecting the circuit needs to be ca 7mm in diameter.
I used a resistor to decrease the rpm of the vibrator a bit. But thats not neccesary.
