Salt dehumidifier

I'm using this salt dehumidifier for storage boxes in my garage and attic. When putting items away, I typically place them in plastic containers with lids, followed by a small can filled with calcium-chloride salt. This method effectively maintains low humidity inside the box and prevents mold from forming on stored items. However, storing metal cans alongside salt isn't ideal, so I created this plastic salt container to address that issue. The top component holds the salt responsible for absorbing moisture from the air, while a small hole at the bottom allows water to collect in the lower section. A O-ring seals the two parts together and is secured with three bolts, enabling easy separation for emptying excess water when needed.
