Salt Box House with dormer Free 3D model

I came across a 3D model created originally with Sketchup 8, then later converted into various formats for optimal use. Its native format is .skp and when imported into 3ds Max 2016, it was rendered using Vray 3.00 I took an existing floor plan - specifically a row house design - and expanded on it by adding a standalone roof feature to turn it into a self-contained residence. To further enhance the structure, I added an elevator component as well. Some creative touches were added to make this 3D model stand out; these include dormer storage areas paneled with reclaimed barn siding for a unique rustic look and feel. Meanwhile, in the garage and storage area, I opted to expose a central concrete block wall for an edgy touch. However, when making these additions, I noticed it had an impact on the Master Bedroom's ceiling as well as that of the Bathroom - specifically in regards to height adjustment and overall visual layout. Also, some items jutting out of the roof caught my eye, especially considering they serve a functional purpose as solar tubes for interior daylighting purposes. Honestly, I just wanted to share this 3D model with you and perhaps gauge your interest level in possibly utilising it in future projects.
