Salt and Pepper Mill Grinder
thingiverse
I was browsing for a high-quality pepper mill and stumbled upon several designs that inspired me to enhance their functionality. These prototypes have been thoroughly tested and refined to reach this version. Any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated, and I've included the signatures of past designers who created exceptional earlier versions. If the salt crystals or pepper corns are large, a short, back-and-forth motion is recommended. The tightening nut can be turned upside down if necessary, allowing for adjustments to control the size of the granules and customize the flavor of your food to suit your palate. Enjoy exploring new flavors! To ensure optimal performance, make sure your 3D printer's bed is perfectly level with each print. It's worth taking the time to square and level all axes, and maintaining this setup will pay off in the long run. I designed a more ergonomic handle, inspired by a linked source, which provides easier turning, increased torque, and reduced hand strain. To print the new handle, use supports on the base only. A sleek, straight-bodied version is currently under development and will be available soon.
