The drop bar end caps that came with my Salsa Journeyer were waaay too loose and I lost both on my first ride. I designed these with an expansion mechanism (similar to a carbon fork compression plug or an old-school quill stem).Hardware:2x M3x35 (you can probably get by with a 30mm as well). Either socket head or button head screws should fit on the counterbore.2x M3x4x5mm heat set insert All parts should print flat on the bed and won't require supports. I printed it with the ASA I had loaded on the printer, but PLA should be plenty strong.
