For the Sketchfab diorama project, the primary objective was to craft a room featuring at least four distinct props, objects, or environmental elements. In this room, I designed a fun, little condo-style space with a gritty, futuristic theme, but incorporated brighter colors for two key reasons: to draw attention to essential details, much like the game Mirror's Edge, and to create a more uplifting atmosphere by associating brightness with happiness. This room contains a large window resembling an old fan blade, a well-used red desk, a bunk bed setup with a platform on top for storage, a cozy couch, a massive TV, a ladder, a light source, ventilation ducts against the ceiling, and pipes above to add to the gritty, futuristic ambiance of a living space – or, rather, an unrefurbished apartment. The art style I chose was still rooted in technology, but I drew inspiration from games like Mirror's Edge and my personal preferences for where I would want to live as a character.
