This is my first go-round with a spinner design, so I'm marking it as a work in progress, although I've made a few and they seem to function just fine. I wanted to create a design that didn't have exposed bearings or other hardware, so I went with a design that has 5/16" nuts sandwiched between two halves. This makes it thicker than most spinners, but it will spin really well - especially with ceramic bearings. (Obviously, you'll need to provide one of the standard skateboard bearings used in this type of spinner.) The two halves of the spinner are mirror images of each other, so they'll fit together after you add the nuts. I would glue the nuts to one half first, then attach the other half on top. I added a small dot above one of the indentations on the bottom to help you orient the halves, since they need to go together in a specific way. Just match up the dots on both halves. If you want the two-color look like mine, you can change filament colors at around 85% (just make sure that the interior details have started to print before switching).
