This is a basic case for Sakura Petit Watercolor refills. These are something we can refer to as a 1/3 pan size, measuring 16 by 14 mm - a half pan is 16 by 19 mm. These are commonly found in Japan, particularly in Tokyu shops and the like. I brought some refills along, only to discover that all the pans here are oversized.
