Human: Sakura Mold for hot glue injection *Necessary things* - Glue gun (less than 160 degree) - Gule stick (EVA) - PLA filament(HDT more than 140 degree) I used this one http://nature3d.net/filament/lfy3m.html - M3 x 15 screw, nut - Paint(Aqueous varnish) - Release agent(Silicon oil) Print two mold(infill 100%). After sanding, paint aqueous varnish to smooth surface. Coat release agent to the top. --------------------------------- Sakura mark making hot glue molding resin mold 3D printer create upper and lower mold (infill 100%). Grind after, apply water-based varnish for smoothing surface. Apply silicon oil on top. Insert glue stick and push down quickly. After cooling at room temperature, break mold and take out molded product.
