This 92-tooth spur gear cover is designed to fit a 95 tooth spur gear as well. Its primary function is to prevent lubricant from spraying everywhere, making it quieter while in operation. However, this design actually results in a 2-fold increase in noise level. It's ideal for applications where dirt and debris need to be kept out of the gears.
