It's designed to slip right into a sakura d4 without needing any modifications. If you think of something that could be improved, please let me know more about it. I printed it out in PLA at 90% fill and didn't have any issues whatsoever. It might be better to print it with 100% filling or using a stronger filament, but as far as my experience goes, PLA works just fine.
