Sakura D4 RWD Black adjustable steering limiter
thingiverse
Hi, this thing is designed specifically for enthusiasts who want to maximize their Sakura D4 RWD's steering angle using only original parts. It perfectly fits models equipped with a single Damper system. Don't expect a fancy product; I'm just a beginner. However, it gets the job done effectively. To get the maximum steering angle, you'll need two M2 screws measuring 8mm in length and 2-4 short M3 screws to complete the installation. The key is to modify the front wheel hub Carrier by cutting out the outer hole for the turnbuckle. If not, it will collide with the turnbuckle at full steering angle. Next, you can steer the wheel until it hits the suspension arm, but be aware that this causes abrupt braking of the wheel due to its extreme angle. Another issue is that even with force applied, the wheel won't return to its original position – a problem resulting from the steering geometry. To resolve these issues, limit the steering slightly until all components move smoothly together. The maximum possible angle is limited by the wheels' offset used. That's where the steering limiter comes in; you can adjust the angle using the screw.
