The test print was created using PLA material and demonstrated that it's feasible to insert a 3mm bolt directly into the hole, although it's advisable to refine the area using a 2.5mm drill bit. The knuckle can be securely attached to the ball joint with pliers if needed; however, applying gentle heat for a brief period with a hair dryer may facilitate the process. For optimal structural integrity, print the object in the recommended orientation with supports in place.
