For those times when you're flying a flight simulator that can take everything you've got. This mainly came about because I play simulators in VR all the time, and mapping extra functions to the keyboard isn't ideal because you can't find the right key without taking off your headset! This design gives you a total of 19 extra controls. I've tried to match things visually to the X55, so I've used green LEDs and translucent PLA diffusers. The switches are momentary 2-position, again to match the switches on the throttle, with the exception of the hazard switch which is a single-position switch. All the fixings are M3 for simplicity. Parts I used: Black PLA Yellow PLA Translucent PLA Green LED strip [link](http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-5V-3528-5050-SMD-Flexible-LED-Strip-Light-Roll-Ultra-Bright-0-5-1-2-5m-B625-/232277227961?var=&hash=item3614cd39b9) Momentary 2-position toggle switches [link](https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00H3CWPME) Single-toggle switch with missile cover [link](http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SPST-SP3T-DPDT-DP3T-SPDT-Toggle-Starter-Switch-ON-OFF-Car-Dash-Water-Missile-/361793111625?var=&hash=item543c8cc649:m:mJvVlExPpRPc4ckd-toO7-g) 32-button controller [link](http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/32-button-no-matrix-controller.html) USB panel mount cable [link](https://www.proto-pic.co.uk/panel-mount-usb-cable-b-male-to-b-female.html) 20mm push buttons, red (can't find them online, scavenged a bunch of them from a skip a while ago) M3 bolts M3 nuts Ribbon cable Female crimp pins 0.1" You will need to print (in black unless otherwise specified): Upper Lower Upper switch mount Upper switch cover Upper buttons Upper hazard sw Hazard strips (in yellow) Rear cover Lower switch mount Lower switch cover LED diffuser (in translucent, 100% infill)
