Saitek TPM Quadrant Bottom Stop with ramp and spring loaded mixture notches
thingiverse
This project originally started as a Thingiverse "Make" but turned out into a "Remix" but remodeled all on my own because I want to have rounded edges and wanted to come out of the beta mode without lifting the lever.I did not find the same springs that smitty_fpv uses so I made them on my own out of a Ø1mm stainless steel welding wire that I wound up with a M8 bolt in a cordless screwdriver. The selfmade spring has to be modified a bit by pulling and bending after it gets from the bolt. But it works for me for half a year now.The stops get in contact with the bolt head of a DIN 912 M3x5 hexbolt.I created the additional option to add some notches to one or all of the levers because I like it to reduce the mixture of my planes by a certain amount and any time the same amount. The notches are connected with a double sided rubber tape to the Saitek Quadrant. So are the two parts that make levers out of buttons T1 to T6.I am using SPAD.next to modify the axes for flight simulators. Other software can work as well.STEP files are added for your own modifications. How it works
