Deathmask (Desumasuku) or Mortal Mask/Death Mask is a legendary figure from the Saint Seiya series, known as The Knights of the Zodiac in Spanish-speaking countries. The Guardian Saint of Cancer safeguarded the sacred Temple of the Great Crab with fierce devotion. His battle-hardened spirit craved struggle and sacrifice, even death, to achieve an elevated purpose - a principle that led him to decorate the temple's walls with gruesome facades bearing the faces of his fallen enemies. A mesmerizing white aura emanated from his index finger, condemning his opponents to an eternal fate by unleashing Seki Shiki Meikai Ha, the Underworld Waves, sending their souls straight into the depths of despair. Initially defeated in combat against Shiryu, Deathmask rose as a ghostly apparition from beyond the grave, but ultimately faltered during a doomed assassination attempt on Athena's life and fell prey to Rhadamanthys of the Wyvern. Undeterred by his mortal demise, he later contributed to the catastrophic collapse of the Wailing Wall alongside fellow Gold Saints. Deathmask has been modeled in parts designed specifically for MDF printing, including inserts, while other elements cater exclusively to SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printing requirements.
