saint Jerome
thingiverse
This is a scan of the bas-relief crafted by Andrea Bregno from stone. The 3D model was captured at the National Art Gallery museum in Copenhagen. All 103 images were processed using Memento beta (now Remake) from Autodesk, leveraging photogrammetry technology to recreate the scene in three dimensions. Post-processing involved cleaning up the scan with Blender 2.73a and Netfabb 5.2.0, followed by slicing with Slic3r 1.2.6. The model was carefully prepared to minimize overhanging features, allowing for successful printing without material support when done at a moderate pace.\nTo stay up-to-date on further developments, follow @GeoffreyMarchal on Twitter.
