Saint Felix and Infant Jesus (St. Anthony of Padua). Dating back to the early 1750s. Crafted from limewood, levkas, and white paint. Dimensions: 81x53x35 centimeters. Currently housed at The Johann Georg Pinsel Museum in Lviv (Borys Voznytsky Lviv National Art Gallery), collection number LGM #S-1-432. Originating from the wooden church of St. Anthony of Padua at the ancient Capuchin Fathers monastery, since 1783 the Monastery of the Sisters of Mercy in Mariampil, Ivano-Frankivsk region. https://pinsel-ar.com/en/ This sculpture originated from the wooden church of St. Anthony of Padua at the ancient Capuchin Fathers monastery, which was transferred to the Monastery of the Sisters of Mercy in Mariampil in 1783. The temple itself was built in the first half of the 1740s.
