I'll only fit the Sainsmart version as the size and layout of boards is different. I really liked the case that ZhilDV designed, so I made my own version to fit with some tweaks to suit myself. Printed at a layer height of 0.2mm. The button and knob were printed at 50% speed. It's a nice snug fit, and you'll need M3x35mm screws to assemble it, as well as M4 screws to mount it to the machine. Two small spacers sit between the two boards where the M3 screws go through near the bottom of the screen; print two spacers. I removed the light button because I just moved the jumper on the back of the board to have the light on constantly. The left and right legs are different, with one having a cut out to clear the plugs. A small hole in the middle of the back is there so it's easy to push the LCD back out if needed, using a small screwdriver or something similar.
