SainSmart 6060 Rail Splicers and Clamps

Designed these rail splicers and corner clamps so you can reuse the old front and back rails from your SainSmart 4030 XL on your new 6060 XXL CNC Mill Router Machine. Printing: Filament: PETG (you could probably use PLA with a higher infill) You will need to print two of the rail splicers and eight corner clamps. You will also need the following hardware. 32 - M5 x 16mm Socket Head Cap Screws Metric Bolts https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08863SVKW?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details 32 - M5 T-Slot Nut Hammer Head Fastener https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086MKNYDS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details When assembling you will most likely need to file the overlapping joint to align the two sections rail slots. Then cut the old rails to fit your final inside dimension between your new front and back rails. Should be around 804mm. Cut a little shorter then use the new splicers to extend to the final dimension. Good luck and happy CNCing! John
