Print issues made the existing designs unusable. Too many problems plagued printouts. So I created a custom design tailored for speed and simplicity, with only three interconnected parts. This ensured a perfect fit without any damage or violence. As it happens, keys were not included because they're simply unnecessary. Nevertheless, if you require them, it can be done. Just please refrain from wasting your time needlessly. Print settings: Nozzle: 0.5mm Layer Height: 0.3mm Printing Speed: 30-50 mm/s Top/Bot Layers: 2mm each Shell Options: Test-printed with 1 or 2 (the result varied) Infill Settings: Line coverage set to 40% Before assembly, carefully drill the bolt hole as needed to ensure a secure fit. Depending on your application, through-bolts might necessitate drilling blind holes first, which this design makes possible.
