Sailor Moon Neo Queen Serenity Tiara and Accessories

Here are reasonably cartoon-accurate costume parts for dressing up as Sailor Moon's Neo Queen Serenity that can print without added support. To adjust the tiara width for the cosplayer's head, apply heat to the bottom inside of the front of the main jewel until it just starts to give and become pliant. Then remove the heat and hold it in the desired configuration until it cools down enough not to move anymore. I've also included a ninja-flex-friendly flat version of the tiara that can be printed with the rubbery stuff, wrapped around the head, and secured with sewing or whatever method you think of.
