Sailor Moon Neo Queen Serenity Tiara and Accessories

<p>Reasonably cartoon-accurate costume parts for dressing up as Sailor Moon's Neo Queen Serenity. Everything can print without any added support.</p> <p>To adjust the tiara width for the cosplayer's head, apply heat to the bottom inside of the front of the main jewel. Once it<em>just</em> starts to give and become pliant,<em>remove</em> heat and hold in the desired configuration until it cools down enough to not move anymore.</p> <p>I also included a ninja-flex-friendly flat version of the tiara. Just print it out with the rubbery stuff, wrap it around the head and secure with sewing or whatever method you can think of. :)</p> <p>We would love to see your costumes!
