Sailboat Design (12.0)

prusaprinters

This model is a remix of a previous sailboat design that I have made (not all are posted, hence the discrepancy in model numbers). It retains the original 3 hull style, but raises the outrigger decks to the same height as the main deck. Also keeps the weighted daggerboard but makes it longer and adds a heavier weight at the end for stability. It also adds a jib to the mast and stops the mast from rotating. This is since the jib is connected to the mast and not the hull, and to prevent wear and tear on the mast from rotating. All the parts should fit together without glue. Print with 10% infill for the hull and mast, but not 0%, as it needs the infill to support the mast step and rudder socket. Print the rudder and daggerboard with 100% infill. Print with supports for all parts. Light sanding may be necessary to ensure proper fit for the mast and rudder. This design was created by Samuel Daley.
