I created the Scorpion sai from Mortal Kombat X specifically for this cosplay costume, which stands at an impressive 42 cm in length. However, the design was split into three separate sections for easier handling. Unfortunately, the model has since undergone some tweaks, expanding to 47 cm with additional details, but I'm not at liberty to share these changes just yet. If you're interested in seeing a full-sized replica, feel free to reach out directly - no hacking required! To assemble your very own Scorpion sai, note that it comes disassembled, so be prepared to put the finishing touches together by slicing along its 42 cm length or take a shortcut and build a scaled-down model.
