Sagrotan® / Dettol No-Touch Soap Dispenser Refill Lid - V2.0
thingiverse
This makes the "Refills" of the No-Touch Soap Dispenser really refillable The lid must be printed with TPU! With inflexible filament it will be very difficult to remove the lid again. A 15 mm hole must be drilled in the centre of the refill container. I used a Forstner Bit on a drill press with a vise to drill the hole into the empty Refill Container. The lid is not watertight, it just seals the soap against dust and makes the container look neater. Edit 25.6.2023: At the suggestion of "Panik28" I added two jigs to make it easier to drill the 15 mm hole right in the center of the refill container. With the 3 mm jig you can use the tip of a 3 mm wood drill (or maybe a nail or something) to mark the center of the hole. Or use the 15 mm jig to mark the 15 mm hole directly. I printed the lid with "Eryone 95A TPU" with my bowden printer Geeetech A10 I used these settings in Cura: Speed: 25 mm/s Infill: 18 % Printing Temperature: 220 °C Build Plate Temperature: 40 °C Retraction Distance: 2 mm Retraction Speed 30 mm/s
