Two custom components are required for assembly. One substantial fastener with an outer diameter up to 6.6mm needs to be installed. This repair part serves to lift the base of a printer's x-stepper when it starts to sag. My printer's left carriage is constructed from PLA and began to warp slightly due to overheating (the voltage was too high), causing the x-axis drive system to become misaligned. A temporary solution has been implemented until new carriages can be designed and printed that do not have this issue.
