Sagger fin

Sagger fin

thingiverse

I'm working on replacement Sagger fins that should fit a Sagger just fine, but I haven't installed them yet, so the tolerances might be off by a whisker. Once someone tries them out and gives me some feedback, I'll make any necessary adjustments and repost the design. Each fin is one-of-a-kind, with the top fins folding down and the bottom fins folding up. The fins near the tracer have a cutout for folding against it, but keep in mind that some Saggers use two tracers, while others use just one, so the fins are designed differently depending on whether the second tracer is present or not. I've got files with each fin split into two halves, allowing you to replace broken fins easily. The halves will grip the pivot pin and its cross-piece securely, making it easy to add epoxy and clamp them together before wiping up any excess. After that, just clean up any visible seams, give it a coat of paint to match the rest of the Sagger, and you're good to go!
