So the company I used to work for gave out an award called the Innovation Award. It was essentially a 25lb ceramic trophy shaped like a giant butt plug. I genuinely have no idea if they realized it looked like one, either. In response, I sarcastically created my own award to give out to people who consistently messed up their job responsibilities. Unfortunately, I can't find the revised version where you could hook up a tube and run it to a hand sanitizer pump, allowing the winner to apply hand sanitizer while contemplating their life's achievements through the two "victory domes" at the top. Wait, was this award for agility or innovation? I'm not even sure which of the company's BS values this one belonged to anymore. You know what company values are all about – taking a common word and repurposing it to evaluate employees' performance on completely unrelated tasks that have nothing to do with their actual job duties.
