Safety Shield Stand for Offices/Workplaces (Corona Virus Safety Equipment)

The designed stand securely holds 2mm thick Lexan panels (Plexiglass) up to 70 cm high, effortlessly propped without the need for table attachments. However, a small amount of double-sided tape can be applied for added stability, ensuring a compact and slim form factor at all times. Please note that this design is not medically certified; I am not a medical professional. To achieve maximum stability, screws can be used, maintaining the stand's sleek and compact dimensions. A small gap under the panel (10mm) allows for easy passage of documents and office supplies. The stand was printed without support, utilizing a layer height of 0.2mm, 30% infill in PLA, and 100% scale. The screws were also printed without support, with a layer height of 0.1 mm, 30% infill in PLA, and 97% scale. A minimum printer volume of 150 x 150 x 150 is required for this design. I successfully printed the part using a Creality Ender 3: https://amzn.to/3f6CQDT The PLA used for the print was SUNLU Salmon Orange PLA: https://amzn.to/2VQAuS6 You can support me through affiliate links! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4327941/comments
