Modified Safety Razor - Improved Design We tweaked the original safety razor design to ensure it works flawlessly with available parts. The problem was that our initial bolt selection didn't fit, forcing us to shorten it and put excessive pressure on it. To resolve this issue, we increased the handle's thickness by widening the inside and made the top piece thicker as well. Using a properly sized and lengthened bolt will render the original design functional for you. We've provided two revised designs: one adds 1mm of extra thickness, while the other incorporates a 12mm diameter washer to distribute pressure evenly across a larger area. To accommodate bolts with wider heads, we modified the handle to fit them snugly. Initially done out of necessity due to our available bolt selection not fitting properly, this modification is now a standard feature.
