Safety Razor Case
pinshape
Here is a case to hold a Merkur classic safety razor and some extra blades securely. Printing the assembly file beforehand eliminates the risk of snapping the hinge during assembly, depending on the chosen filament type. A larger pocket on the right side stores additional razors, while the bottom right compartment houses the blade guard for drying after cleaning post-shave. The bottom left pocket is designed for drying the cap and a cylindrical hole serves as a stand for the handle. To ensure a proper fit, gaps are modeled with .010" clearances, requiring your printer to hold tolerances within +/- .005". Printer specifications: brand SeeMeCNC, model Rostock MAX. Printing settings: rafts off, supports off, resolution 0.25mm, infill 20%. Imported STL files were printed with large bases against the build plate.
