A Safety Magazine, typically printed in a vibrant color that doesn't match the rifle's magazine, serves as a clear indicator when it's installed, preventing accidental loading of a BSA PCP. This ingenious design also ensures safety by keeping debris out of the rifle during transport. There are three distinct versions: The BSA Safety model features a through-hole design, allowing for complete closure of the bolt, while the Blind version includes a bolt rest that prevents the pellet probe from entering the breech. The NEW Bolt Closed version enables users to keep the bolt closed when inserting or removing the keeper. The pellet probe hole is oversized, accommodating air rifles from various manufacturers, including BSA and Gamo, to utilize this safety feature effectively. Designing This Safety Device Measurements were taken from both Mk1 and latest generation .177 magazines to ensure accuracy.
