SAFETY COVER FOR PowMr MPPT

Having bought a very well recommended MPPT (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DliiaV5) for my solar EV, i discovered that between my poor wiring skills, the position of the box in the cab, and various other considerations, I was scared of ramming my elbow into 50 volt power supplies. Not enough to kill me, but enough to hurt, and possibly short the vehicle, so I designed a cover that should snap over the terminals, making the most of the existing board overlaps, vents etc. It will accommodate up to 22mm2 wire (AWG5 / 11mm diameter). It has vents which line up with the device, and are shaped to minimise dust, and remind you whats screwed in to where. I recommend all your wiring is in tip top state before popping the cover on. It can be popped back out with a SHIELDED screwdriver, and the included top plate is obviously entirely customisable. Printed in PLA, and seems to deal with the heat ok, but YMMV I will add an image of it in situ when my cable management is on fleek! PRINTING! I printed this at 0.2mm, no supports, no raft, just face down on the bed, with 20% infill, though that rarely came in to play. Make sure you remove all stringing and loosies before fitting!
