I modified Jayftee's hit Raspberry Pi case so you can put your Pi B+ on the back of your TV. The package comes with files for 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm hole patterns, each available with and without vents. If you want a unique hole pattern, simply adjust the variables in the Solidworks documents to suit your needs. Note that this download only includes the bases. You will also require a top from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:423216 to complete the design. To attach it securely to the back of your TV or monitor, use M4x10 screws.
