Adapter plate to allow the use of a Safariland QLS fork with a Hogue stage 1 holster. Simply print flat with supports for the screw reliefs. Use original screws that came out of the Hogue belt adapter and some T-Nuts from the hardware store for the QLS fork allen screws.
