SafariLand 578 pro holster spacer

To enhance accessibility of the Safariland 578 Pro Holster, users can employ a workaround to detach it from direct belt attachment. This modification simplifies drawing your pistol by creating additional space between the holster and belt. I utilized nylon spacers for my setup due to their availability, but this approach will yield similar results. To implement this solution, print two of the 25mm spacers for the top portion and one 20mm spacer for the bottom. Ensure that the countersunk side faces towards the holster. Three #8-32 x2" screws along with washers are necessary for this specific application. After installation, mark the position of the screws and subsequently cut them off. Finish by applying blue Loctite to secure everything in place. Print your spacers upright.
