Saeco Vienna Deluxe Steam Knob to Lever Conversion

This is a replacement steam knob for my new-to-me Saeco Vienna Deluxe super-automatic espresso machine. This may work with other Saeco machines, as well as alternates of this machine such as the Spidem Trevi and the Gaggia Syncrony Logic. The knob has a 10 mm hole to accept a standard arcade joystick shaft. I had one laying around, but feel free to print something separately, (with proper orientation), if you want to.
