Saeco magic deluxe replacement part

This is a replacement part for the Saeco magic deluxe (should also fit the Philips/Saeco Royal --> https://www.philips.ch/c-p/RI9913_06/royal-kaffeevollautomat ) - a ~20 year old fully automated coffee machine one of my working colleagues still uses. He says that this is the part that most often gets broken (and is rather expensive) - however I'm unable to see how and why the original part breaks so easily; but being able to reproduce it after each demolition should mitigate the nuisance somehow. This is version #1. And it seems to work fine and fits well - which raises a suspicion... usually the parts I design are good enough for every-day use after (too) many iterations. So If you make out some issues, please tell me. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Seems to come out nicely with the outlets on the bottom-side. This is also the alignment that uses the least amount of support - which is mandatory unfortunately. You'll also want to have it in a material, able to stand some heat and which is food-safe, which is why I once again chose Extrudr's GreenTec BDP; which doesn't seem to soften after some minutes in boiling water. Maybe even PETG is good enough for that short period of water-contact? Category: Replacement Parts
